In stock items are usually shipped the same day, but no longer than 3 business days of receipt of payment. We ship via NZ Post with tracking numbers. If your item is back-ordered or a custom order, we will notify you of the expected ship date as soon as possibleI

Payment Options

At RainWriter New Zealand we use secure payments by Stripe which allow secure Credit Card and Debit card payments we also use Paypal, our Merchant Account also allows you to use your credit/debit card without having to sign up to Paypal when you are transferred to the Paypal secure payment site after checkout you will see a payment link for Non Paypal members, this will allow you to pay by Credit or Debit Card securely thru Paypal without joining.
In the NZ we also accept Direct Deposits please contact us by email sales@rinwriter.co.nz with your order and we will issue a invoice with our banking details for payment

Return Policy

If you wish to return a new item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item, on sales@rainwriter.co.nz. Returned items must be in original condition, in original packaging. All shipping expenses will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Warranty

We warrant to you that any Product purchased from us through our site will, on delivery and for the following 12 months, conform in all material respects with its description, be of satisfactory quality, and be reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of that kind are commonly supplied.

Note as off 1st Febuary 2016 with the release off our Rainwriter XL series will have 2 years warranty on this product only and only on product sold after 1st Febuary 2016 any other clipboards not of the XL range will still receive 12 months warranty.

This warranty is in addition to your legal rights in relation to a Product which is faulty or which does not otherwise conform with these terms and conditions. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or trading standards office.

This warranty does not apply to any defect in a Product arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, accident, negligence by you or a third party, if you use the Product in a way that we do not recommend, your failure to follow our instructions, or any alteration or repair you carry out without our prior written approval.

These terms and conditions apply to any repaired or replacement Product we supply to you in the unlikely event that the original Product is faulty or does not otherwise conform with these terms and conditions.
